Rehab on the Move gives you more options and access to rehabilitation and therapy services. Our team of experienced physiotherapists, speech pathologists and occupational therapists will visit you at home to assess your needs, develop a goal oriented therapy program and conduct individual therapy sessions in familiar surroundings.

Your progress is monitored on a regular basis and we work with you, your family or carers and other health professionals to develop a treatment plan that will help you achieve your rehabilitation goals.

We can recommend and arrange for the supply of equipment you may need during your rehabilitation.

Whether you are recovering from surgery or a long-term illness or need support to maintain independent living our aim is to maintain and improve your mobility and quality of life.
